In this Episode, you will hear – for the very first time – from #impact Podcast co-host Belinda Esterhammer. In her day job, she is running the digital marketing agency Springboard Group. Once you hear for yourself how energetic and driven Belinda is, you will quickly understand, that running her own marketing agency is simply not enough of a challenge for this #powerwoman. She is volunteering with several projects empowering women, one of them being part of the TEDxTinHauWomen committee. Belinda also founded the NextGen Women Network (NWN) connecting female high school students with successful female leaders.

NextGen Women Network pairs high school girls with female mentors and aims to raise awareness for the importance of mentorship in accelerating the early-stage careers of young women. NWN offers a platform to engage, learn, connect and share experiences. They encourage women to dream big and be bold.
