Tanja Wessels is fascinated by psychology and why we do what we do.

In 2021 she is celebrating four years of not buying new clothing, something that started as a one year personal challenge, but has since opened up a wealth of unexpected opportunities.

A wake up call

Tanja stopped buying new clothes on 10 May 2017 – after listening to the #impact podcast recording with Redress founder Christina Dean. In her TEDx talk Tanja calls this moment a wake up call.

Today we take Tanja back to that #impact LIVE Podcast recording and find out what happened next.

In this episode you will also hear from this years Redress Design Award 2021 Hong Kong Best Prize Winner Psy Lau. Psy’s sustainable designs are inspired by her own personal journey and mental health struggle with ADHD – Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder.
