This podcast was born in Hong Kong in 2017 and has recently found a new home in Vienna. We are proudly ranking in the top 5% globally and we are so grateful that you are spending your time with us here.

#impact is a proudly women-led, women-run independent production and we are incredibly passionate to put more women in the spotlight.

It all started in Hong Kong…

Regina Larko started #impact from her bedroom in Hong Kong. That was exactly 6 years ago. In the meantime Regina moved her life back to my home town Vienna, Austria where #impact keeps growing.

This 6 year anniversary Live recording celebrates our journey as well as our beautiful community spread out across the globe.
