Today we invite you to take a walk with us. In this episode, you meet Liz Steiger, Founder and CEO of Imperial Glamour Club.

We recorded this interview while taking a walk and encouraged a stranger to join us for a spontaneous workout session.

Liz is growing a community for women who aspire a slender body, self-confidence, and empowerment without drastic lifestyle changes. She developed an App with fitness exercises that helps its users to integrate a healthy routine into their daily life.

“Empower women with sports”  is at the heart of Liz’s mission.

Find out why Liz started this company and why she developed this App for herself in the first place. You hear about Liz’ Austrian heritage and what the famous Empress Elisabeth of Austria, also known as Sissy, has to do with her operations. We talk about the impact of her business and the little things that give her the encouragement that her work has a purpose.

And when talking about Austria, of course, we bring up classical music.

Meditation exercises to Mozart tunes through the Imperial Glamour Club App? Yes, please!

“Be more relaxed,” she advises fellow founders.

But staying relaxed is not always easy. Every morning Liz frantically checks if the server is up and running, a routine that every tech entrepreneur can relate to.

She lets you in on her market entry in the China and how she aims to expand the platform by creating content that people love.

That moment, when you approach a complete stranger in the park to encourage her to do some fitness exercises with you.

Do you think we can hit our target to make it to 10.000 steps when taking a walk in Hollywood Road park?

Well no, but later that day Liz got that step counter up to more than 18.000 steps.
