Thank you for making an #impact, Misha!

About Dr. Misha Kouzeh:

Misha shares:

I’m often called a “digital changemaker” because I believe social media can drive real social impact when it is used with intention.

It often gets a bad reputation, and sometimes deservedly so. But social media can also educate, mobilize communities, elevate overlooked voices, and turn awareness into action. My work focuses on helping students, educators, marketers, and changemakers move beyond likes and visibility, and use digital platforms as tools for learning, connection, and meaningful change.

Thank you for making an #impact, Adina!

About Adina Deacu,:

Adina shares she is social Entrepreneur; 0.5 feet in academia, 1.5 feet in practice; 80% practitioner, 20% mentor

I’m an environmental psychology researcher, educator, urban planner, and social entrepreneur whose work bridges systems thinking, trauma-informed research, and regenerative design. I hold an MSc in Environmental Psychology from the University of Surrey and a BA+MA in Urban Planning and Design from the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism. As the 2025 Klaus Töpfer Sustainability Fellow at the Research Institute for Sustainability at GFZ (RIFS) in Potsdam, I explored how redefining “business” as “an entity that solves social issues and creates social value in a financially sustainable way” can help cities, economies, and communities become more inclusive.

Read what harm the current chase for profit and growth (“invisible environmental designer”) causes to many areas of our lives (https://lnkd.in/dvSJMSqm), why it’s important to change the definition of business and what that actually means (https://lnkd.in/dBaTjTB6), and what is the underlying condition for this redefinition to become the status-quo rather than the exception (https://lnkd.in/dmirUVub)

As the founder of Tianmei World Academy—a decentralized “network of classrooms” and cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary learning platform—I apply environmental psychology to nurture inclusive, healing environments. With 10+ years’ cross-functional experience (sustainability, architecture, sales, marketing, customer service, IT, operations), my work integrates urban planning, social entrepreneurship, education, and mental health.

Thank you for making an #impact, Claudia!

About Claudia Guerreiro:

Marketing is often seen as a necessary evil — a driver of overconsumption, pressure, and manipulation. But entrepreneur Claudia Guerreiro sees it differently. She believes marketing can be part of the solution and a powerful driver of systemic change.

To bring this vision to life, Claudia founded the Conscious Marketing Movement (CMM), an initiative dedicated to redefining marketing by putting people and the planet first. Through community-building, education, and direct support for organizations applying conscious marketing in practice, Claudia and her team promote a new standard for the industry rooted in ethics, impact, and responsibility. Their work directly contributes to United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.

One of the organization’s major milestones has been securing two Erasmus+ EU grants for 2025 — a significant achievement that reflects the growing trust and recognition CMM is gaining across Europe.

The first project, Voices for Climate Action, supports women entrepreneurs in amplifying their climate impact through podcasting and storytelling.

The second project, Regenerative and Community-Based Tourism, explores how tourism marketing can actively support local communities, nature, and cultural preservation. Together, these initiatives reflect the values Claudia and her team are committed to bringing into the world through conscious marketing.
