In this episode you will hear from Cherry Ng, Development Associate, Asia Pacific at Room to Read, a Non-Profit Organisation. Room to Read is all about bold goals. They envision a world in which all children can pursue a quality education. Since its’ founding, they impacted more than 10 million children worldwide with the libraries and schools, which Room to Read has helped to build. They aim to invest in the lives of at least 15 million children by 2020.

Cherry shares how Room to Read’s founder John Wood left his successful corporate career at Microsoft to found Room to Read. She tells us about her most challenging and memorable moments working for this incredible organisation and who inspires her most.

In this episode, Cherry also mentions a few resources that influenced her growth as a person and a professional, like creating a vision board. If you want to know why they work and how to make one, you can find some tricks here.
